Terms and Conditions:By completing the registration form the person accepts that his/her personal data will be further processed by the web system of the Conference in order to make an agreement of participation allowing organization of the Conference, registration and operation of the Conference website.
The personal data will be protected with respect to unauthorized access. Cancellation policy:All cancellations must be received by 1st of April 2018. Only then refunds (less a 50 € administrative fee) will be issued to the attendee. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
Registration fees cover:
The registration fee does not include the conference dinner. The price of the conference dinner is 50 € (210 PLN) per person. Application for financial supportWe plan to provide a limited financial support for students, young researchers and researchers in difficulties. Support will be given in the form of a reduced or waived registration fee or accommodation in a student dormitory. The participants searching for financial support are kindly requested to download and fill in the application form below, and then submit the application form to the Organizing Committee via email (meco43@fis.agh.edu.pl). Registration and submitted abstract are mandatory. Application Form for Financial Support The deadline for financial support applications is 16th of January 2018. The abstract and the financial support application form must be received not later than this date. Selection notification will be sent out via email by 30th of January 2018.
